LEASE LAUNCH ON-BOARD SALES TRAINING

An easy-to-follow, interactive working tool and coach’s guide to enhance and accelerate on-boarding process for on-site leasing team members, as well as, coaching training to maximize and ensure learning transfer. Includes working manual, coach's guide and 1.5 day Train the Trainer course.

 

PHONE CONSULT

30 minutes of phone conversation and consultation (or, we can get really crazy and do Skype), with the end goal, through sound advice and a relatable perspective, to provide insights and answers to your most pressing marketing and sales challenges.

 

FULL DAY CONSULTING/TROUBLESHOOTING

A full day of Lori live and in person.  She'll visit the site, look at the challenge, and provide the answers through an on-site strategy session designed to get your team back on board and on track.
